When will I receive my order?
Orders shipped within Australia usually arrive in 8 working days or less. Working days do not include weekends or major Australian holidays. Delivery times to capital cities and metropolitan areas are usually shorter while delivery to other locations can take up to 8 working days.

What are my shipping options?
Australia
Ships 1–2 working days after you place your order.
- Orders below 5 kg are shipped by Australia Express Post and arrive 1–4 working days after the dispatch date.
- Orders 5 kg and above are shipped by Australia Parcel Post and arrive 4–6 working days after the dispatch date.
Total delivery time is 5–8 working days.
New Zealand
Ships via Australia International Standard Post 1–2 working days after you place your order. Arrives 6–10 working days after the dispatch date. Total delivery time is 7–12 working days.

Delivery Guarantee
We guarantee that your shipment will be delivered on time, except when it is delayed due to causes beyond our control. Shipping and handling costs (including duties or taxes) cannot be refunded based on these types of delays. These include but are not limited to: adverse weather, natural disasters, civil disruptions, holidays, carrier interruptions, and delays caused by customs or other local governments.
Refused Packages
Packages refused at the time of delivery are subject to an additional fee, which will be taken out of any eligible refunds after the package is returned.
