Bonnie K.
So far so good, thank you
Richard A.
Have not had a raccoon around since I plugged it in
Charles G.
Still have one persistent bat but the rest have left
Ronald D.
First night I set it up two deer thought they were gonna get back at my tulips but just prior to dark they entered my yard and set off the alarm they scattered! So so far so good!!
Thomas W.
I have had the device for about a month, I had a Squirrel Problem eating the cushions on my deck. I have not seen a squirrel since, but I have removed the cushions and put them in a storage box. I did not want to take a chance after $600 in patio furniture cushions I thought I would be safe. I cannot not hear anything and I leave it plugged in an on constantly and no sign of squirrels, really happy they are not coming around any more.
Silvia S.
Got my second one, I have no mice or rats! I highly recommend it. Worth every penny not to worry they will get in the house if the door stays open. Living surrounded by hills we have lots of wild life but the rats and mice scare me more than a coyote.
Milan M.
Everything looks very good besides the short wire of power unit. I am not sure how to use the remote unit.
Silvia S.
Living surrounded by hills mice and rats are an issue. I’ve been trying for years to get an out door mouse repellant. Don’t like traps or poison. Anyways during a routine check for mousers shall we say I ran across this product. Frankly, the price scared me at first as it’s not cheap. I received it put it outside next to my patio door. WOW, first time in 30+ years I don’t have mouse or rat droppings. I’ve even found a mouse or 2 in the pool over the years. This year they even got under my patio furniture covers and I had urine and droppings on the cushions! Yeak! had to throw them out…
Anyways it been a week now and love it! My dogs aren’t bothered by it, I also noticed that I don’t have lizard droppings on my patio either, and I have lots of lizards. Now I don’t know if it woks on ants, but I haven’t seen any. Ordered a second for my pool equipment area. They tend to nest in the heater and eat the wires. Highly HIGHLY recommend you try it! Really works!
Christine S.
Very effective. The deer so far don't like it. Time will tell.
Thomas T.
Worked as advertised. Squirrels looked confused and ran the other way when I put up the exterior unit (I bought 2). I haven’t seen one now in 2 weeks. Only drawback is A/C plug in is super vulnerable to moisture so have to use 6 C batteries to employ the rubber cover.
PORTIA T.
We purchased the product with high expectations to help with a bat problem we have in a garage of a house that we’ve just moved into.
Unfortunately the product has made no difference. We followed all the instructions but it has made no impact at all.
Herold S.
Fantastic! It worked like a charm on the first day of installation. My motion detector lights were going on and off as if there was some kind of cat disco in our backyard. Since I installed the pest repeller no more cats in that area. We have a large yard so I'm going to buy two more and hopefully those pesky critters can poo elsewhere.
James K.
Pretty well worked straight away
paul m.
I own 3 of them. Best defense against mice, rats or squirrels eating your car.
Sudin V.
I don’t know yet. I have to wait a while to see whether it will prevent the rats from coming into the garage
Kathy C.
Had recently been overrun by squirrels in the garage this winter - finding out that through the summer-fall they had been stashing a variety of nuts from the many trees on the property up in rafters, shelves that really could not be seen. Had counted 8 to 10 squirrels running out of the garage if the overhead door was open during the day and you startled them when walking out from the house.
They ransacked and left their waste on any and everything stored. Yes we did keep the overhead door and service doors closed when we saw this happening, but we're used to going in and out to the property and normally like to keep the main door up during daylight hours. We also live in a semi-rural area on dirt roads with acreage so we get a variety of woodland creatures on the property but none had ever taken up residence in the garage for a food or shelter source - including Sasquatch :)
Time to get a pest device and placed the Guardian per recommendation at a low level (off to the side near a garage service door on the floor) due to size of critters. We are using the power source as it is close to an outlet rather than batteries. Set the sound for squirrels, chipmunks and other small animals and disabled the strobe light.
ALMOST INSTANT SUCCESS! It said to give it 2-3 weeks to work and do not move it around much. I NEVER moved the device from its spot near the door and within 3 days approximately I NEVER saw another squirrel run in or out PERIOD!
GET THIS DEVICE - it withstands the outdoors and our cold Michigan winter. You won't regret it. THANK YOU GUARDIAN - I HAVE MY GARAGE BACK! BTW - Customer Service is excellent. I emailed and called few times with a question or concern and they responded ASAP with the answer.
Mary M.
We bought this Pest Repeller to replace one we'd had for many years, and that was very effective in keeping skunks and raccoons away.
We like the present combination of the flashing light and the predator sounds!
Thanks.
Lynn B.
Raccoons were raiding the cat food in the garage, just went right in the cat door and ravaged the automatic feeder. This seems to be working. We have had it over a month and no invasions since.
Demisha P.
Its been about a week and so far i still have critters. I'll give it another week before i completely give up on it.
Stephen P.
Customer service is excellent. Last year I purchased three Cuardian units. After about nine months one of the units stopped working. I contacted customer service and my return/relacement experience could not have been smother or easier.
Ed M.
This is the best gadget I've purchased for my problem of unwanted pets around my home. It started working the same day I put it into service. The cats are startled not only by the flickering light, but I take it by the sound that they can only hear. Either they stop in their tracks or jump or just hot tail it out from the area all together. It really works great & I get a kick out of it to see their reaction on my cameras.
I got a second one for the raccoons & that also seems to be working as well. And I plan to get another one soon for the side by my garage. I definitely want to cover all my bases well to avoid these pesty critters. Especially cats, I had too many coming around from every neighbor that has them.
I'm strictly a dog lover & always will be. Have had a few in my day. Just waiting to put up a fence in the back yard to get another one. Thanks for your time, Ed. (A very "Happy" customer)

I was very impressed by the straight forward honest answers from the company. I live in town at the beach in Southern California where coyote have a started coming into the neighborhood hunting small pets, even on leash at night. It’s bad. People have been told to put spiked vests on their small dogs and carry bear spray but they are now even searching during the day. Many people have decided to poison or hunt them to reduce numbers which I can understand since the city isn’t helping but I was searching for another solution.
The company was completely honest and just said that no, it won’t repel coyote…, oh well. I tried!
Back to hunting I guess!
I still may get one or two to help keep my kitty from sneaking out when the patio door is open.
Andrew E.
Not working on my squirrel problem. I will give it a little more time.
RHOLAND S.
We have a ceramic tile roof and problems for years with critters getting into the attic. Filed mice, squirrels, possums and even racoons. Looked at this product about a year ago but was to cheap to buy it. After hearing the squirrels having a Mardi Gras parade at 5AM I finally had enough and bought one. So far it is working great, I have not heard any varmints up there for a week now. I did place the unit in the front part of the house next to the guest bedrooms. I activated the predator call also so you can hear it through the air intake. (It sounds like there are Hell Hounds up there.) I am currently experimenting with the unit to see if it repels other pest more commonly known as in-laws and adult children who don't wont to leave.
So far I recommend.
Edwin M.
I got this on Monday, set it up & that same night saw good results in neighborhood cats taking a detour up my driveway. And that was with a few hours on the job, lol. Dam good product & this morning I put in an order for a second one with different setting to get rid of all the dam cricketers that come to my home. Well worth the money.
Thomas Q.
Works great! Adjustable for any problem you may have!
Louis J.
Works - but batteries only last a few days....
Anne Z.
The bats have decreased over the past 2 weeks and are not leaving nearly as much mess on our deck or in our swimming pool. I hope it will alleviate the problem entirely soon.
Boris G.
This pest reseller works great! I put it near my front door to prevent my cats from darting outside. They won't go anywhere near this thing! Works like a charm! I am very happy with this pest repeller.
Bettina V.
Well I am really sorry to say that the squirrels walked right in front of it and they did not run away.
Kerry L.
Well so far the possum is still in residence it doesnt seem to like it as it moves around so i move the device and follow it...; im hoping that it will move out soon Lets Keep our fingers crossed.
Rob B.
This is our 2nd one and they work well. The first one lasted for almost 5 years and was great it kept the bats away each knight I can't fault the product
Kim P.
We have had The Guardian on our front porch for well over a year and it has been quite successful at keeping the neighbor's cats and stray skunks off our front porch. We have a ring doorbell and watched them, in the beginning, walk up the driveway and stop about 15 feet away and then turn and leave. We have a covered area off a screened in porch in the back of the house that has mulch in it. The cats had decided to use it as a litter box!!!! We decided to get another Guardian to put on the porch and aimed at that area to hopefully keep them away. fingers crossed!
MIKE R.
Installed it in my orange tree to keep roof rats from eating my oranges. So far so good.
VICTOR A. S.
Everybody will have a mouse problem during their lifetime. If some people say they don't or never did, they just never saw them. About 6 years ago I heard the pidder padder of little feet dancing on my furnace pipes in the basement. Thank God nothing upstairs, just in the basement. I did my research thoroughly and the top of the pack was Good Life. I order the Good Life Ultra Sweep Mini, the indoor ultrasonic rodent repeller. I put one in every room upstairs and 4 in the basement. Within 2 weeks, no a peep, or a pidder padder from Mickey and his family. My sister was so impressed I ordered 6 for her home.
Now some 6 years later I am upstairs reading and hear and animal crying from the basement. I ran downstairs and saw a small squirrel tramped on an old glue board I had in the corner of the family room. I ran upstairs to get a box and when I got back he was gone.
I immediately went to the Good Life Site to see what I needed. This time I needed the
Big Gun. I bought from Good Life the "Guardian". This can be used indoors and outdoors. It comes with the ac adapter. It has settings:
1. Raccoons
2. Deer
3. Squirrels, cats, opossums, chipmunks
4. Bats, mice, rats
# 3 Was my need for Mr. Squirrel.
As soon as it arrived I put it on top of a big box on the ping pong table and plugged it in.
A week later I went down and looked around. No More squirrel.
I did find a small hole in the cement block wall by a beam. I filled the hole with concrete.
You need peace of mind that the critters from the outside Stay Outside.
Go To "Good Life" For Your Peace Of Mind.

We have log cabin in the woods in Northern Mn. Had a huge bat problem with nooks and crannies. Couldn’t go out in morning and lots of Squeaking during the day. We did extensive caulking inside and out and put up 5 of these 15 years ago and haven’t had any issues. (Bats moved to wood and cabins down the road). Some people usually young people notice the sound frequency-we don’t. The blinking strobe could be annoying to close neighbors but we are isolated so no problem. I think some would be burglars think they are a sophisticated alarm/photo system. At least no break ins for 15 years, knock on wood (logs). Its funny some birds will actually sit on them and make a mess but bats stay away at the bat setting. I’m replacing two of 5 that had burn’t out strob lights that had 24/7 day use for 15 years. Using the AC plug in works better for use than the battery motion detector but dealing with power wires a challenge. We tried other failed techniques like Moth balls, sprays, steel wool etc. totally ineffective.

I have had a problem with domestic and farrell cats using my yard as a litter box to the point where I couldn't go out. I added two old units and it stopped immediately. The last two are replacements for the 10+ year old originals. Not sure they work, but...
John S.
Haven't had it long enough to see if it works well. I had a question about it and you replied very promptly. That does inspire some confidence in your company.
Angela P.
Rats are still there but not nearly as active. Hoping they will eventually relocate.
Mark N.
The guardian will keep some bats away, but not all. I have had the Guardian for several months now within 10' from where the bats like to hide. They are still there. i had my best results with moth balls.
Robert M.
I like it and the racoons stay away now. The deer don't know what to do so they skirt around the unit and away from snowy fountain shrub.
It takes a little practice to use and understand the various settings. I purchased two, one on batteries and other is running by electric.
Might be interested in remote but instruction doesn't relate what all can or cannot be done with it.
Scott B.
I INSTALLED 2 OF THE GUARDIAN REPELLERS FOR PROBLEMS WITH SQUIRRELS BURYING NUTS IN MY LAWN. I JUST INSTALLED THEM ON OCTOBER 1ST; SO I HAVEN'T HAD TIME FOR A FULL ASSESSMENT OF HOW WELL THEY ARE WORKING. HOWEVER, MY WIFE HAS FOUND SIGNIFICANTLY FEWER NUTS IN THE LAWN. I WANT TO GIVE THEM ANOTHER WEEK OR TWO BEFORE I MAKE MY FINAL ASSESSMENT.
THE ONE TIME I DID CALL THE SUPPORT CENTER FOR INFORMATION, I DID GET IMMEDIATED ANSWERS THAT WERE HELPFUL.
Alvin J.
Unit works great..was easy to set up.
Larry S.
So far so good, can’t hear anything from the unit but the motion is working.
nadine b.
Excellent result from the two first days.
MIchael K.
I do not see the Guardian working to improve my squirrel problem. Yesterday, a squirrel was about six feet away from the Guardian and did not seem to be concerned at all. I have now moved the "pest setting" to smaller animals (rats, etc) to see if it will deter squirrels. I am not using the predator sounds as I was hoping that the ultrasonic capability would work.
Barry B.
I bought 2 Repellers and, at first, they did keep the bats away from our house. However, after a couple of months, the bats seemed to get used to the Repellers and the bats came back again.
Judy S.
It did keep the deers from getting my hostas and other flowers.
The unit is great for keeping the deer away, however, the batteries didn't last because of the motion detector stayed on day and night. Something is wrong with them...I have three. Two are plugged in and one is on day and night. The third one did the same thing.. but had batteries. Motion detector (light flashing )stayed on. Of course I couldn't plug that one in due to the distance..and the batteries went dead in about two weeks. I wish they would fix the the motion detector, they are not waterproof which could be the cause. , I wish they would add a ground stake to the unit too!
Bell, L.
They sat there's one born every day , and that's me this thing does not repel my pest(cats), I have tried every setting and still nothing. cat's just walk up to the unit as if it was not there . and to make matters worse I purchase two plus a warranty to protect something that does not work.
Richard W.
I ordered two Guardian units. One failed after about a week. I returned it, and it was replaced. I have the two units set for chipmunks. The Guardian "blinks" when my chipmunks run around. However, when I observe their behavior, they don't seem to be concerned when the Guardian functions. Following instructions, my units are stationed close to the domain of the chipmunks.
Donna E.
Unfortunately the product did not work for us. We tried it both outdoors (2 weeks, or a bit longer) and indoors (attic, 3 weeks) and the squirrels acted like nothing was different.
Phyllis G.
Certainly works if you aim it correctly.
Jay L.
Roar is nice, but can you develop a means of recording one's own sounds? Changing the sound once in awhile will stop deer from becoming accustomed to one sound. Or maybe a choice of different sounds - dogs barking, gun shots, etc.
Karen K.
I live in a retirement home and the evening maintenance man checks my alert system every day. He said that it is working well. I hope it continues to keep the squirrels out of my car in the carport! Thank you…..
Maureen K.
I have had This company replace cords for FREE and mail them to me! Couldn't ask for more! My Pest Controllers work well and have been keeping the deer off my plants!
Thank you,
maureen
Richard W.
I ordered two devices. One stopped working after less than a week. I returned it and I have a replacement. I have me hands together. We will se if the replacement is any better.
Raphel D.
Very Happy with the quick service and delivery. Thank you.
Bandula T.
Arrived today! May have to observe its performance over next week or so.
MM F.
I have been using many of their products for years. The Guardian saved me from mice in my attic and garage when I lived in Los Angeles. We now own a horse property in Kentucky and when we first looked inside the barn, the evidence of mice was front and center. We were told on a property this size, it would always that way. I installed two of The Guardians, they were gone completely in a week, including the bees, and have not returned. We've been here for a year. THESE WORK !
John W.
At the same time we put the device in our cabin to repel bats we also closed off all the access points we could find and added mint scented moth ball packets. The bats have not been seen since taking these actions but I’m not certain which deserves the most credit. Just taking it as a win and will continue to use the product.
Jason B.
I was experiencing a continuous reoccurrence of uninvited guests in my attic. These uninvited guest (raccoons) had robbed me of untold hours of lost sleep & quite frankly my sanity. At my wits end, I decided on the guardian. The guardian is a solid product, upon installation literally overnight my problem was solved.
Sami A.
My first purchase was about five years ago when we lived in a house and we had a problem with rats that took care of the problem now we sold the house and we moved to a condo three years ago never had a problem until about four weeks ago we had some apples on the dining room table and one morning we wake up and we find have the apples been eaten immediately I purchased for the second time that’s wonderful Green looking like a small house quite honestly I don’t hear anything and all they see is the flashing light but immediately I don’t have the problem I had before I am not sure what it does but it works and I forgot to mention that I recommended to more than two friends and they purchased it and they are very happy with it
Good job.
ROBERT R.
Had bats under our deck. Bats left after first use and continued for 5 days. Left for vacation for a week and had machine off. After a few more days the bats returned. Was using with batteries, but changed to 110 volts and have been running nightly for last month. No more bats!
Brian C.
Scared off the deer for about 1 week. They got used to it and it has made no difference since. The growl is not very realistic and I have no idea if the ultrasonic is working at all.
Kent W.
The raccoons don’t seem affected by it. That is disappointing as it is a pretty big investment.
Verne L.
I bought this $85 device to repel squirrels and rabbits from jumping up into the engine compartment and doing damage to our diesel pusher coach in the RV park we are staying in. The instructions said to give it up to a couple of weeks to fully take effect. It has now been over 2 weeks and the squirrels have not been repelled at all. They scamper right past the device and hop up into the engine compartment almost as if they are mocking me for thinking that this $85 device would even affect them. It is very disappointing to spend that kind of money on a device that does not work.
WILLIAM N.
we have had bat issues for quite a while and after setting up the GUARDIAN the problem seems to have ended - considering purchasing another one
Kim P.
Doesn't scare the deers in our neighborhood at all. They just stare at it and keep eating our flowers!
Ann C.
We had a bat above our patio. We placed The Guardian pest repeller on our out roof next to the spot that we believed the bat was taking its residence. We did turn the light feature off, as it was going off all the time after dusk with the bat activity. Even so, after about three weeks, we believe the bat has moved on. There is no more evidence on out patio of bat habitation.
Scott U.
Very effective device. We tried various sprays, ammonia, mothballs (suggested by pest control contractor) and plastic spikes. Nothing worked. Have not had a problem since installing the unit.
Josephine G.
Purchased in the hope of removing rats and mice moving around on the ceiling and have not herd them since i installed it
Christa P.
My bat control is working very well to date. A few dropping’s but a huge improvement over the way it was. Good product. Really fun sitting outside and watching the bats trying to get under the rafters and take a U turn. Thank you
Debra W.
The Guardian Pest repeller is absolutely the best!!!! I haven't had a peach from my tree in three years thanks to the squirrels getting to them first. This year I had a truckload! No squirrels in sight thanks to the Guardian! Highly recommend! I've tried all sorts of things to keep them away, nothing worked until I found the Guardian! Thanks for a fantastic product!
David S.
The first day i put it out, a deer ate a plant not 5 feet away from it. They continued to roam freely and didn’t seem to respond the the noise of light.
Christopher F.
As always a great product that works and happy to support a great company!
Karen H.
We've tried everything to get rid of the bats that love to hang out in our front entryway at night, leaving their little deposits.
We used the guardian with its flashing lights for about a week before we started seeing a difference! The pulsing lights must have driven them crazy, because we haven't had any deposits for several weeks now. It was the only thing that worked!
Sharon R.
It was ok for about a week, then the squirrels just kept on coming as usual. Nothing special about this expensive, “so called” pest repellant.
Joseph G.
So far, this product has worked very well. The one bat we had on our front porch is gone, and hasn't returned!
Thank you!!
